Ok, the guys from fortunecity.com made me some trouble, so I've got a new url to the latest version of FilZip 2000 (1.0e). Due to the small amount of webspace I do have now, there will only be the latest version availible online so far. Here's the direct doenload link:

So, the next beta is ready. Now, it's called FilZip 2000. If anybody still finds any 98 within the app, tell me. The hompage will be updated in a few days, because I'm busy now.
Some additions and updates to MultiExtract funtion, and the new properties Menu item is all new.

Good morning, yesterday I decided to rename FilZip to FilZip 2000. I added a new splash screen, and a new menu item: File->Properties.
Soon there will be a new version to download (v1.0e, I think).

And another update...
I added some new features to FilZip, e.g.:

In addiction to this I killed some bugs and tried to make it all a bit faster.
At the moment, I'm working on Rar archive format support, and I think I can say it will be included in one of the coming releases.
I'm also working with the context menu integration, but I decided not to include it yet, but soon, there will be a new Release including this feature.
I'm thinking about renaming FilZip 98 to FilZip 2000

Another thing I have to mention, and this accounts for all registered users.
I had some problems with my computer, and I lost big parts of my own data, unfortunatly all email-addresses of registered users. Sorry.

Hi all, I'm sorry, but my page was down for several days, because there were some problems with findhere.com's server.
I added a new component, TWin2KButton and added a new section about components to my page, and if you want me to put your comps here, email them to me. TWin2KButton is a new flat style button, which I also use in my own apps, as can be seen in FilZip.

And again some news: I got new Dlls for FilZip , which are about 1/6 faster than before, and they're a bit (20 KB) smaller than the old ones. You see, the speed is the main advantage. Follow this link to download them.

A new beta (1.0b) of FilZip is availible, I fixed some bugs, changed a bit the style of the status bar and - the main new feature - I added a sorting function !
You can both use the menu to sort the items in the list or just click on the header of a column to sort it for example by name, size and so on. Go here for a full feature list, or follow this link to the download page.

Two things today:

- I found a small but silly bug in FilZip 2000, if you click on the "Add" Toolbutton, not the Add-Dialog appears but you are linked to my homepage.

- A good friend of mine, Andy M., recently put his own page to the web. He has some very good programs on his page which he has build using good ol' Pascal for DOS (e. g. a Hexeditor).
